Summary: We had a wonderful experience! The condo itself is exactly as it’s described. Super clean, many amenities and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The condo is in close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping areas but far enough removed from downtown New Smyrna to avoid the crowds. We always received quick replies from the owner, Michelle whenever we had a question. I highly recommend this condominium and my husband and I will be back! Thank you for having us!

Summary: On a relatively quiet part of New Smyrna Beach, in a unique building. The condo is VERY well equipped to cook and serve meals for a big group and super comfortable with stunning views of the ocean.We also enjoyed grilling on the pool deck on the provided gas grill. The condo has everything you need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Summary: We spent a long weekend here with our adult children (in their 20s). Cannot say a single negative about the entire experience. Condo is clean, well furnished, spacious and even better than advertised. The location on NSB is ideal … away from crowds yet close enough to Flagler Ave, etc. Michelle is an exceptional owner with great communication. Highly recommend
